Dustin Wright

Dustin Wright is an IT professional working in Canton, Ohio. He is currently the owner of Untangled Technology a managed service provider (MSP). Services include network management, Internet access, business PC maintenance, and VoIP telephony products.

Dustin also specialize in open-source technology, which provides cost-saving benefits to our customers. Through comprehensive technology management, Untangled is able to help small and medium businesses simplify their IT experience.

In the past Dustin has worked as  IT Manager for The Karcher Group and web development, marketing, and hosting company. His expertise covers many technical disciplines ranging from wide-area networking to IT management. Atlas-Tuesday is a collection of solutions to common (and un-common) technical problems encountered while on the job.

Always willing to help; Dustin Wright is frequently called on for his extensive technical knowledge and experience. Dustin is known for both being both extremely technical and easy to talk to.

Beyond his responsibilities at The Karcher Group, Dustin is currently serving as the mayor’s citizen appointee for the City of Canton planning board and earned his CCNA certification in 2008. He has been involved with IT support since the 90’s, originally starting at the age of 16 providing on-site dial-up networking support. His carrier has evolved to become a top IT professional in the Akron / Canton Region.

His current work includes the configuration and management of over 50 servers, overseeing support for of over 4,000 business-class e-mail customers, and monitoring / maintaining hundreds of e-commerce websites. He has worked with client such as The Akron / Canton Airport, Walsh University, Coleman Trailers, and The County Stark Library.
